Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Products damaged due to misuse
